How to update the usage of an inventory?
- Click on “Assets & Inventory”
- Click on “Inventory”
- Click on “Add Usage” next to the particular inventory from the list
- Enter the usage number in the “Usage” field
- Select the “Used Date”
- Enter the Description (Optional)
- Select the “Expense Account”
- Update “Location/Issued Against Asset/ Staff/Custodian” (**Optional**)
- Click on “Submit”
Note:
Low stock alerts can be configured under the “Settings”. Accordingly, the email alerts will be triggered when the inventory has reached the set threshold level.
