How to delete an approval user group that is already in use for any rule configured?
The admin will have to first delete the rules configured under multi-level approval settings to proceed with the deletion of the approval user group.
- Go to “Settings”
- Click on “Multilevel Approval Settings”
- Delete the “Approval Group Level”
- Go to "Communications"
- Click on “Groups”
- Click on “Delete” next to the particular approval group which needs to be deleted.
