How to delete an approval user group that is already in use for any rule configured?

The admin will have to first delete the rules configured under multi-level approval settings to proceed with the deletion of the approval user group. 

• Go to “Settings”
• Click on “Multilevel Approval Settings”
• Delete the “Approval Group Level”
• Go to "Communications" 
• Click on “Groups”
• Click on “Delete” next to the particular approval group which needs to be deleted.
