Can ERP accounting module and Society Charges module both be enabled for a Society?

No. The Society Charges module is specifically designed for societies where ERP is not enabled. Society Charges feature allows the residents to easily pay their Maintenance, Electricity bills, and other Society charges to the society in spite of ERP not being enabled.
