Why has my receipt not been generated yet?

Sometimes in online payments, there can be a slight delay in the authentication process from the payer or receiver bank. This delay can lead to a delay in receipt generation. It can take up to 5-7 working days for resolution. Please reach out to finops.cs@mygate.in for any escalations.
