How to use chat support feature through MyGate admin dashboard?
We are excited to announce the launch of our new customer support channel. MyGate app is now enabled with a "Chat Support" feature to solve your queries quickly and efficiently.
With chat support, you get the convenience of:
- Instant support from smart chatbot
- Option to connect with our product experts on Live chat
- Communications via MyGate chatbot is done with complete data privacy unlike communications happening via other third party platforms
- Individual query level tracking and visibility for other committee members
- Multiple committee members can participate on a single chat where a query is raised
Steps to use chat support feature through MyGate admin dashboard
- Login to MyGate admin dashboard
- Click on the 'Chat' icon beside the FAQ icon on the home page
- Select 'Chat with us'
- Select Communications
- Select Chat with us
- Start typing your queries or choose the module
- Click on “Connect now” to start live chat with our product specialist
