How to create the Invoice template?
- Go to “Accounts” on the MyGate app
- Click on “Invoicing”
- Click on “Member Invoices”
- Click on “Create Invoice Template”
- Update “Invoice Description”
- Select the Online Account number to which the payment of the invoice should be credited to
- Select “Fine Settings” from the dropdown (Optional)
- Select “Settle from Advance” to settle the dues immediately from the advance amount while generating an invoice (Optional)
- Select “Instant Settle” to settle the dues instantly from the advance amount. You will not have to manually settle the dues from the advance amount. (Optional but recommended)
- Select “Include Previous Arrears” to show the previous arrears in the bill
- Enter the “Item description”
- Select “Charge Account”
- Based on how charges are calculated, select the charge type
- If you select “General charges”, any amount can be added
- If you select “Square feet charges”, per sqft amount can be added. The system will automatically calculate the amount based on sq ft area mentioned in each flat - Select the “Resident Type” (Optional)
- Enter “Invoice Footer Notes”
- Click on “Add Another Item” (Optional. It can be used to add another line item in the same Invoice)
- Click on “Save”
