What is the TAT to receive PG settlement to society account? Payment has not reached the society's account, when will it be credited?

The online payments made using the app will reach the society's account with a TAT of T+1. In other words, amounts are credited to society bank accounts in one working day from the transaction date.

 

Please note that 2nd and 4th Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays are not considered as working days.

 

Similarly, international transactions are settled in T+7 working days.

 

If you have not received the amount within the stipulated time then please inform us and we will help you clear the settlement.  You can reach your RM and/or you can write to us at contact@mygate.in
