My society has on-boarded MyGate solution but I have still not received in-app notifications or approval calls? Why?

The visitor approval via notifications or call is initiated when the society has decided to turn on “system” enabled authentications and move out from “manual” mode of MyGate.

Societies usually keep the MyGate on “manual mode” for the initial few weeks of transition when the residents are getting used to the new system.


In the “manual” mode, the visitor is not authenticated via notification or call but a one-way in-app notification is sent to the resident to inform them of domestic help and visitor’s entry and exit.
