How to resolve notification issues with specific phones?

Sometimes, phone settings restrict our app to trigger notifications to your phone. We request you to  check the phone settings and make the necessary changes to allow all the notifications by following the steps mentioned in the link below:

We request you to  follow the steps below to receive sound and pop-up for the notifications:

- Go to ‘Settings’ on the top right corner of your app

- Under 'Apps and Notifications' click on the MyGate app

- Click on 'App notifications'

- Select the 'Make Sound and Pop up' option or select a ringtone of your choice by going to approval notification - sound

Further, please perform a test notification by following the below steps on your phone:

- Go to ‘Settings’ on the top right corner of your app

- Click on your flat number

- Click on 'e-Intercom Setup'

- Click on 'Send Test Notification', you will receive an in-app notification

- Click on 'Get a Test Call', you will receive a test IVR call
