I am moving out of my current flat. How can I deactivate MyGate?

Deleting an account requires clearing e-Intercom numbers and dis-associating from a flat. You can do so by following these steps:
- Go to ‘Settings’ on the top right corner of your app

- Click on the flat you have registered

- Click on ‘e-Intercom Setup’ and remove your landline/mobile number from there by clicking on the three dots and click on 'Delete number'

- Go back to ‘Settings’ and click on ‘Delete Flat’ of the flat you want to delete. 

- If you have multiple flats delete those too in the same way.
