I am not receiving notifications for my Daily help?
There could be several reasons for not receiving notifications.
1. Your Daily help is not present in the “my daily help” section of the app. Please add him/her using the “hiring” feature of the app.
2. Your Daily help or guard is not making an entry on the guard device at the main gate. Please inform your daily help and guard that it is mandatory to do an entry and exit at the gate using the passcode.
3. You may have not given full permission to receive notifications on your phone. Please check and ensure that both the app and the phone has permission to receive notifications.
