How does Daily Help management work ?
We issue a unique passcode to each of your Daily Helps. This passcode is valid at the gate as long as they are working in one of the flats of your society.
They have to use the passcode daily for exit and entry. This passcode does not change on a daily basis.
You can use the ‘Local Services’ section of the app to validate/add/delete your daily help. You get an in-app notification at the entry and exit time of your daily help as they “check-in” and “check out” from the gate. This means if a maid is working in 4 flats - upon the entry or exit of the maid, all 4 flats will receive a notification.
