How to add my family members if the society setting is turned off ?

If you are unable to add your family members to the MyGate App, it's generally because the management committee of your society has requested us to disable the 'Add Family' option for your society. Hence, you are unable to see the same.

However, your family members can register as a user to your flat and use the app. Please advise your family member to download the app using the following links for registering themselves to start using the MyGate app.



Post this, they will have to register with their details and approval will be done by the Society Management Team or by the Facility Manager of the society.
