STEP - 1 : List myGate as a protected app. To do so, kindly follow the below steps:
From the app drawer, tap on 'Settings'. Click on 'Advanced Settings', go to 'Battery Manager' and tap on 'Protected Apps'. Enable 'myGate' to protect the app.
STEP - 2 : Ignore Batter Optimization for myGate
From the app drawer, tap on 'Settings'. Click on 'Advanced Settings' and then select 'Battery Optimization'. Enable myGate to ignore optimizations.
STEP - 3 : Allow notifications from myGate
From the app drawer, tap on 'Settings'. Click on 'Notification Panel & Status Bar' and then on 'Notification Centre'. Find myGate and activate allow notifications and priority display.
Post this, you can also perform Test Notifications on myGate app by following the below steps:
- Click on 'Settings' on the top right of the myGate app screen.
- Click on 'e-intercom'. Under 'Step-1' click on 'Test Notification'. You will receive a test in-app notification.
If a Test notification is triggered on your phone, then the notification issue has been resolved.
