I am moving out of my current place. How can I deactivate MyGate?

MyGate works as long as you are associated with the unit(flat/villa) you are residing in. If you are moving out, you just need to remove the unit. Go to Settings -> Click on ‘Delete Flat’ against the flat you wish to remove and confirm. 

If you have set eIntercom numbers which are different from your registered mobile numbers, you will have to delete them too. For this, go to Settings -> e-Intercom Setup -> Step 2 and delete the primary and secondary eIntercom numbers.
