How do I delete my account?


We are sorry to see you go! Deleting an account is a matter of clearing eIntercom settings and disassociating from a flat, which you can accomplish following the steps given below:

  1. Go to Settings -> e-Intercom Setup -> Step 2 and remove your landline/mobile number from there.
  2. Go to Settings -> Click on ‘Delete Flat’ against the flat you wish to delete.  If you have multiple flats, follow the same procedure to disassociate all flats.
